Hedgesville Wins Sectional Boy’s Basketball Opener

The Hedgesville Eagles took care of business Monday (2.29) night in the opening round of the AAA Region 2, Section 1 Boy’s Basketball Tournament beating Washington 52-33.Tyler Cole led the way with 17 points, wgile Isaiah Walls added 16. Hedgesville will now play at Musselman in the semifinals on Wednesday (3.02) at 7pm.
Also, Jefferson pulled away from Spring Mills 63-49 in the other sectional opener. The Cougars will play at Martinsburg on Wednesday night at 7pm. Our pregame begins at 6:40.
