Barnett Carries Martinsburg Past Morgantown

On Saturday (1.20) night at the Field House, Martinsburg appeared to be headed for their 3rd straight loss trailing by 13-points in the 4th quarter, but a 14-3 run got the Bulldogs within 2 and with no-time left on the clock Corey Barneet sank 2 free-throws to give Martinsburg a 53-52 win over visiting Morgantown. The Mohigans were just 10-19 from the foul line in the final period and a pair of missed free-throws set up the final play. Barnett finished with 28-points including 7-of-8 from the line. Martinsburg is now 9-3, while Morgantown falls to 6-6.
