Jefferson Gets The Win Over Martinsburg

On Monday (3.19) night at Sager Field, the host Jefferson Cougars used a 5-run 3rd and a 4-run 5th to score an 11-1 mercy rule win over Martinsburg. The Cougars had 9-hits in the win while taking advantage of 8-walks and a hit-batter. Jefferson is now 2-0, while Martinsburg falls to 3-1.
