Jefferson Forces Decisive Championship Game

On Friday (5.11) night at Sager Field the host Jefferson Cougars got a complete game effort from James Walsh and used a 5-run 4th inning to blow it open in a 10-0 win over Washington. Walsh held the Patriots to only 2-hits, while Jefferson tallied 7-hits and took advantage of 7-walks, 3-hit batters and 4-errors. Jefferson will now host Washington again on Saturday (5.12) at 1:00pm with the AAA Region 2, Section 2 Championship on the line.
