In a mercy rule 4 inning game at Oats Dale Park Monday evening the Jefferson County 10-12 y/o LL All Stars surpased Grant County, 12-0, to face the loser of the winners bracket game, between Martinsburg and Bi-State, tomorrow night for a chance to be one of the two teams to represent the panhandle in the state tournament
