In mercy rule fashion, the 12 year old Martinsburg All Stars beat Bi-State 10-0 in 4 innings of play. Braeden Oviedo got the win for Martinsburg on the pitching mound and added 3 RBI’s with his bat. Corey Seib got the loss for Bi-State.
