Judge R. Steven Redding was appointed to the 23rd Judicial Circuit post by Governor Jim Justice Thursday. The vacancy was created by the retirement of Judge Gray Silver III from the 23rd Judicial Circuit Court. Judge Redding spoke with Rob and Dave on this morning’s program.
